Important Information for Your Appointment

👄 Booking Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. A $50 +tax deposit will be made at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the appointment. After scheduling, you will receive an intake form via email. Please complete this form prior to your visit.
💉 Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.
• No shows will also result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
• Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the clinic at 289-214-4076.
👄 Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
